We need to significantly increase the number of people who can think and act systemically when it comes to environmental and social justice. I contribute to this by working with highly participatory research and communications tools such as Deep Democracy, systems coaching and action research. This means my practice is rooted in cycles of design, action, reflection and adaptation where the learning is shared openly and solutions are co-created.
